Cosmetic Snags
and Defects
Your home has been built to the highest standards and undergoes significant quality checks before
you move in. But, if by chance we have missed anything, it comes complete with a two-year
warranty from the date of legal completion. This covers items supplied as part of your new home,
defects, and faulty workmanship.
How do I report a cosmetic snAg or defect?

If you identify a snag or defect, please contact our team via telephone, email or in person, prior to moving in.

Please note that a cosmetic snag can only be raised within 7 days of legal completion. After this timeframe has passed, we will not accept a cosmetic snag.
What is a cosmetic snag?

A superficial item within the home such as a scratch, chip or mark. A snag is typically something that looks damaged or unfinished.
What is a defect?

A fault in the workmanship and construction of the new home, or a fault in the installation or manufacturing of items and equipment which form part of the home.
